A short, specific note is enough.

Bug

Describe the exact problem, SynthPilot version, host or DAW version, and the shortest repeatable steps.

Account or access issue

Include the email you used, which product you were trying to open, and what happened after sign-in, invite, or checkout.

Payment issue

Do not send card details. Include purchase email, product, approximate time, and Stripe receipt or session id if you have it.

Feature request or feedback

Say what you were trying to do, what felt slow or missing, and whether a screenshot or short video would help explain it.
